Getting to Knowmade: Julia Fantin
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single studio in possession of a good game, must be in want of a BANGIN sound designer! And that’s just what we have!
Julia? I hardly know ‘er! Well, worry no more - Julia is the absolute hero who designs and implements all the incredible audio beats to our game. Barely a pixel exists without her bringing it to life - and there are some real whacky pixels she has to work with. Everything about the game feels alive when we know what it sounds like, and we owe that to Julia.
Welcome, Julia! What do you do at Glowmade?
As Audio Lead, I reveal the beauty and importance of sound for everyone. Every item, weapon, building, atmosphere needs a sound, so I give it to them. I also oversee recording dialogue for NPCs with our actors, along with Simon and our narrative lead.
